I work with individuals and groups for powerful somatic healing and soul renewal. I support those in times of transition and navigating life challenges using shamanic healing, bodywork and a therapeutic process known as Family Constellations. Through my work I can support you to release intergenerational trauma, move through emotional blocks and to take control of your life.
This path of coming home to yourself isn't always easy, but I'm here to guide and support you with love, light and laughter.
In complement to my healing work I am a creative; a storyteller, songwriter, poet and an organiser of gorgeous community events. In my free time I like to explore Devon's wilds and waves, move my body and dig up the garden.
